Yes. All toners and printers are divided into regions. Toner with an incompatible number will not be correctly detected by the printer.

If you are not sure which region your device supports, then World Wide toner will be the best choice. World Wide toner is compatible with other regions (exceptions possible). In our offer we also have World Wide toners.

OEM - Original;

RMX - Regenerated products. In tonerworld.pl we name them the RMX. We use our knowledge and years of experience with printers, copiers and supplies to offer the best quality. We use only recommended and tested parts. Our RMX toners are fullfill only with original powder inside original housing.

5. Purchased toner does not work, what to do?

Before placing an order or complaint, make sure that the toner is compatible with the region of the printing device. It's best to check this in the printer settings. The toner number will usually be in the tab: for Xerox Supplies > Color; for Ricoh we mainly distinguish two regions: World Wide and Japan.
